We want you to love your Thé Vert Jewellery pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit if it meets the return eligibility below.

Please Note: Your refund will be issued in the form of store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Any jewellery purchased from thevertjewellery.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: All items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

• Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with any tags attached.

• Exclusions: We do not refund original shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), a refund will be issued to you in the form of a digital store credit code.
