All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Processing time is 2 to 5 business days.
Complimentary standard shipping with tracking included for Canadian orders over $125 CAD.
Free local pick up is available upon request. Please enter LOCALPICKUP at checkout to have your shipping waived.
Shipping times
Canada Shipping
Standard domestic shipping within Canada is $10.00 CAD and includes tracking. Shipping time is 2 to 7 business days.
Express shipping is not available at this time.
US Shipping
US Shipping is $15.00 CAD which includes tracking. Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying for any and all local taxes, duties, brokerage fees and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package. Thé Vert Jewellery is not responsible for any US duties and taxes that may be applied upon receipt.
International Shipping
International Shipping includes tracking. Rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping time is 5 to 25 business days depending on the destination.
Duties & Taxes
All US and international packages may be subject to duties, taxes and tariffs based on your country's import regulations. These are established by your local customs authorities. Thé Vert Jewellery is not responsible for these costs and will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Thé Vert Jewellery is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is refused or deemed undeliverable and is returned to us, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any extra fees incurred for the return of the package will also be deducted from the refund.
